SPECIALIST TRIATHLON HOLIDAYS IN CHAMONIX
Adventure Base run specialised, all inclusive, triathlon training holidays for anyone keen to immerse themselves in the world of swim, bike, run - in one of the most impressive mountain settings in the world. Staying in one of our Chamonix chalets, you’re in the perfect spot to explore some of the most perfect tri training terrain around – from Lake Passy’s idyllic open water swimming to the network of flat roads, steep cols and mile upon mile of beautiful mountain paths for biking and running. Train hard, then relax and enjoy being looked after by our team – in our stunning chalet, complete with good food and great company. Make the most of optional extras such as sessions with our popular physio, core strength or yoga classes, or a full biomechanical assessment, to help boost your performance. Thursday will normally be a rest day to allow your body to recuperate and to give you a chance to explore Chamonix as a town. These week long breaks or long weekends are ideal for getting you fit and focused on your tri skills. However much experience you already have, there is no doubt that a holiday training around Chamonix will jump start your season. All of our triathlon training weeks end in an optional event of some sort, be it an actual triathlon or a road biking race.

ITINERARY
The price of your holiday includes a qualified personal training for 5 days of the week who will take you to all the hot spots that the valley has to offer.
The fun will begin on the Sunday with a warm up season, followed by 4 days training during the week.
Wednesday will be a rest day to allow your body to recuperate and to give you a chance to explore Chamonix as a town.
There are plenty alternative activities to do in the summer in Chamonix, from cooling swims in the mountain lakes to tree hoping on the aerial adventure parks.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
FOOD
The package includes full catering to fuel the furnace. We aim to provide healthy, energising food to help you train. Breakfasts include fresh pastries and bread from the local bakery, juices, yogurts, eggs etc. We send you off for the day with a packed lunch, and welcome you back with a filling three course dinner including wine. The chalet staff have one day off a week when you can make the most of the Chamonix restaurants.
TRANSPORT
The price of the package also includes a return transfer to and from Geneva airport. Your mini bus support will deliver you to the necessary destinations for training, and the chalets are within walking distance of the town for evening drinks.
ACCOMMODATION
Staying in one of our Chamonix centre chalets, you’re in the perfect spot to access trails, cols and lakes – as well as enjoy good food and great company!

Long mountain passes to build up endurance, and a huge network of trails to build up your stamina on foot. There’s the benefits of training at
altitude, the advantage of spending a dedicated week concentrating on training and improving (with or without the help of our team of tri experts). Not to mention some of the most impressive and beautiful scenery in the world! At Adventure Base, we’re passionate about triathlon and are here to help you enjoy the best training trip imaginable. Either choose an independent trip and stay in one of our ‘tri suitable’ self catered properties, and opt in or out of our extra services such as vehicle support, post training massages, and in house catering. Or enjoy one of our dedicated triathlon weeks and come and join a crew of like minded lycra clad enthusiasts, for a week of supported tri training. Our dedicated weeks include some of the best swimming, running and cycling around, and are timed so you have the option of finishing your stay with one of the nearby triathlons … Alpe d’Huez or Aix les Bains. Whether you’re training hard or looking to enjoy a more leisurely triathlon training holiday, we’re here to help. Our team of experts are on hand to help you make the most of your training, from helping you design a personal work out program, to core strength training, post exercise massage or physiotherapy, through to healthy meals at the end of the day.
