Being on the ideal  location in the heart of the Alpes (45 minutes to Geneva, 1 hour to Chamonix and Megeve), our villa is close to all the commodities.  You can be in the center of Annecy, old town, and all the shopping in 10 minutes.  It is15 km to Annecy airport,  45 km to Geneva Cointrin, and 150km to Lyon Satolas.
It was designed by a well known architect, the villa has the warmth of the savoyard style and the pure characteristics of the modern furniture design, with the confort of the high-tech equipment all mixed in harmony.  We are on the center of all the activities for the sports lover depending on a season; yatch, aquatic ski, wake-board, diving, golf, horse back riding, summer sled, tennis,hiking, Mountain biking, paragliding,  and for winter season: alpine ski, snow board, cross-country ski, snow-shoeing, snow mobile, and visiting with sledge.


The villa is located only 30 min away from one of the most beautiful ski resorts such as the Grand Bornand and la Clusaz.
