It's perfect for a self-catered ski holiday for skiers and boarders looking to get the most out of their time on the ski slopes - you can actually see the ski slopes and lift from the apartment. 

Apartment Le Petit Balcon is located on the fourth floor of a chalet style apartment building and has four bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 7 adults and 3 children. It is ideal for families with one of the rooms being a family room. The open plan living/dining area has French doors leading on to a good sized balcony giving the apartment a really spacious feel.

The centre of Morzine with its array of shops, bars and restaurants, is a picturesque 20 minute walk or you can take the regular free ski bus, which runs from 8:30 in the morning until 7:30 at night..
