Sarah Wood is our go to girl! Super organised, super efficient and super nice. A warm smile and a scary ability to predict your next step Sarah will make the planning of your trip smooth and easy! She sets the exemplary standard before you get out here for the rest of us to follow. You are likely to see her jogging across the Mountain tops trying to shave off a couple of minutes before her next big race. 

Charlie is the man on the ground. Anything you need from lift passes to ski lessons to daily jokes and puns, he is the one to talk to! He works VERY hard to make sure all our clients have a flawless holiday and somehow manages to pull it off every time. Charlie will most likely be seen crushing cols on his beautiful road bike unless the Alps are white, in which case he will be found carving turns down the Grands Montets!

Is it a bird…is it a plane….no its Alex skiing backwards! Alex’s 7 seasons throughout the Alps have not only prepared him for every eventuality but engrained that passion for the mountain lifestyle. Whether he's clambering along a Via Ferrata wall on a warm summer's day or tearing up the slopes on his ancient (but favourite) skis he knows how to get the best out of the area. Alex makes sure everything ticks behind the scenes and the reason your holiday runs so smoothly has a lot to do with his efforts.



Rhi is smiley! She’s also pretty hardcore: A steep skiing, downhill biking, crazy climbing, organic vegetable growing, all round Mountain Girl. Rhi’s been quietly ticking off a list of seriously impressive ski descents around Chamonix. When she’s not abseiling into ridiculous couloirs, she bikes, runs, climbs, yoga-s and meditates. Rhi is in charge of Marketing and feng-shui in the Adventure Base office. 

Nicki and Dave are the face of, and the brains behind, our Morzine adventure. After a very successful winter season they have made the very exciting decision to take on the summer here in Chamonix. Just check out our testimonial page to see how super ace they are. Nicki and Dave are both in to their art so expect to see them in the Adventure Base garden with their canvases and paint brushes creating the next Mona Lisa.

If there’s anyone who can show you how to ski Chamonix's steeps and deeps, it’s Dream Guides director and ‘extreme’ skier, Guy Willett. When Guy isn’t running Dream Guides and ski guiding, he keeps himself busy ‘skiing the gnar’ all over the world, including first descents and steep lines in Alaska, Greenland and Nepal. A creature of habit, Guy likes mountains, beer, peanuts, rugby and ‘Le Pub’. 

Kenton is ‘quite good’ at climbing mountains and ‘quite bad’ at being hungry. He holds the record for summiting Everest 9 times (twice in one week!). He also guided Ranulph Fiennes on the North Face of the Eiger. Kenton lives his life in a warp speed blur. When he’s not running Dream Guides’ expeditions, he lectures, promotes Dream Guides, climbs, bikes, and sometimes (just once in a while) forgets things. 

Tiff runs the Dream Guides office (shared with Adventure Base). When not keeping our visiting climbers and skiers – and guides! - under control, Tiff is regularly seen leaving the boys for dust on a snowboard or downhill mountain bike. The most likely of the team to ‘accidentally’ end up in Le Garage or Le Toff, Tiff also has a secret geek streak with a surprising passion for spreadsheets...

Charlotte brings ‘cool’ to science, with a phd in sports biomechanics. With 5 years experience working with elite athletes and top skiers, she has all the skills to analyse your biomechanical strengths and weaknesses - to improve your technique, performance and prevent injuries. When not wiring athletes up to electrodes, Charlotte keeps busy cycling, skiing, and running around Chamonix ... and being a mum!

Ruth is totally enthusiastic, and an all natural, all Scottish lass - with truly magic hands! Chamonix’s favourite masseuse runs Chamofix Massage and has an undeniable talent for finding your aches and pains and knowing how to melt them away – be it sports massage, Thai yoga massage, or relaxing hot stones. A keen boarder and talented runner, Ruth is in her element in the great outdoors.
